Standings 2008
Remember – “Good Sportsmanship Always” We follow WIAA rules with these additions: 1. All players will play the field at any given time. Less than seven (7) players at the start of the game will result in a forfeit. 2. The games will be 5 innings or 1 hour and 15 minutes. No new innings after l hour and 15 minutes. 3. If bad weather causes a game to be suspended, four (4) complete innings will be considered a full game. 4. No stealing. Bunting is allowed. When showing bunt, batter must bunt. 5. All team members who are present will bat in order. 6. Five (5) runs will be allowed per inning except for the last inning where a team may score as often as possible until they have three (3) outs. 7. There will be a 15-run rule. After the 4th inning, if a team has a 15-run lead, the game is finished. 8. A second coach may be placed in the outfield to instruct players. 9. The decision of the umpire is always final. 10. Runner cannot leave base until pitched ball crosses home plate. 11. There will be no walks. On ball four, the batter will be given the TEE. The count remains and batter will be out on the third strike. When hitting from the TEE, if the batter hits the TEE, it is a strike - if the TEE is hit on the third strike, the batter is out. 12. While using the TEE, batter must stay in the batter’s box. The pitcher must be on the pitching rubber. The catcher must stay in her area with her mask on. 13. When hitting from the TEE, the ball must go out of the marked circle to be fair ball, otherwise it is a foul ball. 14. An 11" ball will be used. 15. Pitcher will pitch from 35'. 16. Pitchers will only be allowed to pitch three (3) innings per game. 17. Sliding is optional, it is not mandatory. 18. No trading players after teams are chosen. 19.
